Is San Francisco Art Magazine available in hard copy? No, at this time San Francisco Art Magazine is only available online. There is no printed magazine. Where is the San Francisco Art Magazine privacy policy? You can find our current privacy policy on our privacy policy page. Can I be notified about updates to the web site? We frequently update the web site. We would recommend that you sign up for a free membership if you are interested in getting an email newsletter describing updates to the web site and special offers from San Francisco Art Magazine. Check our memberships page for more information about how to sign up. How do I submit a draft of an art review to San Francisco Art Magazine? For more information about becoming a contributing writer click here. I'm having an art show. Can you write a story about me? Please send a press release to editors@sanfranciscoartmagazine.com and/or publisher@sanfranciscoartmagazine.com. If someone from San Francisco Art Magazine is able to attend the show and would like to get more information from you, they will contact you through the contact information you provide. We do apologize in advance that we are not able to respond to all the requests we receive and we do not return materials that are mailed to us. I'm having an art show. Can you publish my announcement on your calendar page? We do publish art event announcements for a small fee. Check our calendar submissions page to find out how to get your announcement included. I'd like you to know about my art. Can I send you examples through the mail? Because San Francisco Art Magazine is a web only magazine, we prefer to receive communications via email. It is easiest for us to review writing that is sent in plain text placed directly in an email than it is to review attached documents sent in Word, .pdf, and other types of files. If you still wish to send a written attachment, please also include the text in plain text format directly in the email. We also prefer medium resolution .jpg and .JPEG files as opposed to high resolution and/or other types of image files. If we need to see higher resolution images, we will request that you send them after we see the lower resolution images. Also, please put something appropriate in the subject line of your email so that the spam filter does not misdirect your email. If you still wish to send something in the mail, please send it to San Francisco Art Magazine, P.O. Box 411484, San Francisco, CA 94141-1484. Please be aware that we do not return materials that are sent to us through the mail. Do you cover artists and art shows outside of San Francisco? We do cover artists/events in the East Bay. In the past we have also had North Bay coverage. If the artist/event is further away, it is less likely it will be covered on San Francisco Art Magazine. At this time there is no charge for the approved gallery links that will appear in our directory. There is a fee to have a gallery link on our homepage. Check main page ads for more information. The older web site at SanFranciscoArtMagazine.com ran through 2001 and 2002. We will be adding some of those articles to our archives section.
